We'd like to help you enjoy your visit with us and wish you a productive stay. Hopefully this section will answer some details for your success.
Where can I park the car?
The most convenient parking lot is off the East Ring Road in front of the Gryphon Center. Parking is free from 5:00pm Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday. Please see map found in the General Information section of the Home Page.
Is there a coat check?
No, you will have to look after your own possessions. We have secured large conference rooms so there is space to expand and place your coat comfortably.
Is there a Lost and Found?
Items left on premises will be retrieved by the organizing committee and stored in room 107 of Rozanski Hall until the end of December 5th. Thereafter, retrieved items will be held at the main office of Crop Science Building. Please email at cspp09@uoguelph.ca.
What is the cancellation policy?
A full refund will be issued provided written notification of withdrawal is received by our server prior to November 23rd, 2009. No partial refunds after November 23rd. Those who register but do not attend will not receive a refund. If you are unable to attend, you may send a colleague in your place, with advanced written notification.
Are there bank machines on campus?
The debit machines are found on the first floor in the University Center.
