Early Registration Deadline (and including): Friday, November 13, 2009
Cancellation Deadline: Monday, November 23, 2009

Regular CSPP Member	$120.00	$140.00
*Non-CSPP Regular Member	$160.00	$180.00
Student CSPP Member	$60.00	$80.00
*Non-CSPP Student Member	$80.00	$100.00

*Note that the CSPP membership fee is $15.00 for Students
and $25.00 for Post-doctoral fellows, so it is advantageous
to become a CSPP member prior to registering. If you wish to
