Membership Application/Renewal | Formulaire de renouvellement/Formulaire d'adhésion
This is the CSPP/SCPV membership application/renewal form. Applicants for new memberships
should fill out the form completely. For membership renewals, please include at minimum your
name and e-mail address, and also any information that may have changed since the last renewal.
Once finished you will be taken to another form where you can submit your membership payment.
Payments are processed with PayPal and all common payment methods are accepted. You DO NOT require
a PayPal account to make your membership payment.
Note - Some credit cards, especially some (but not all) corporate credit cards, will not work with the PayPal system. If your card does not work, please renew your membership using the form available at the link below Remarque - Certaines cartes de crédit, en particulier certains (mais pas tous) des cartes de crédit d'entreprise, ne fonctionne pas avec le système PayPal.
